Welche bremsscheiben für vorderche auf e91 318d? Jetzt sind original 312mm x24. Gibt es auch vom ATE power disc mit 312x24, oder nur300 und 330mm?

I tryed one on rear door, but this plastic clips stayed in the car. Probably I have to put them out? How can I get them out? Just pull strong?

Could you please help. How can I get the old ones (not M) out and put new one in? Is there a trick how to get them out? i don't want to breake something. If you could write in English will be great if not in german.
