HI All
I live in Denmark so I will answer in English. Sorry for this:)
I have a 325D N57 E91 LCI -11 done 165000km.
I imported it from Germany oct-2014 It had then done 122000km.
I can see in the service manual and the car documantation that the plates has been taken off Dec-2013
So it had done 40000km in avarge the first 3 the years.
And I have done almost 45000km the first year.
Just after I bought it, some faults poped up on my OBD scanner. Not in the information center
Car was running like a dream 6,6L/100km =15km/l on the highway at 140-150km/h
I have 100km to and from work so I drive about 200km every day on the highway.
So I decided to take the Inlet manifold of to see if my concerns was correct. That the Swirl-flaps was stuck by carbon build-up.
And as you can see on the pictures my concerns was corrected.
Now I have cleaned it and added some cleaning additive to the diesel tank. In the hope of if can clean a bit more.
I have decided to get the AGR (EGR) software disabled. and re-mapped the ECU
I don't think I will do anything with the swirl flaps. They work fine as longe the are clean.
