Ich habe derzeit das gleiche Problem mit meinem BMW X1 E84 (2011 Modell). Ich bin ins Auto eingestiegen, habe die Zündung eingeschaltet und anschließend den Startknopf gedrückt, um das Fahrzeug zu starten, aber es startete nicht. Ich habe es zweimal versucht. Danach habe ich die Batterie mit einem Multimeter gemessen und sie zeigte 12,04 V an. Vielleicht ist dieser niedrige Wert eine Folge der Startversuche gewesen – nur eine Vermutung.

Anschließend habe ich versucht, das Auto mit Starthilfe zu starten, aber es funktionierte trotzdem nicht. Nach etwa 1–2 Minuten leuchteten im Kombiinstrument ungewöhnliche Fehleranzeigen auf und danach gingen die Anzeigen komplett aus. Im Moment funktioniert im Fahrzeug nichts außer der Türverriegelung.

Wenn ich den Schlüssel einstecke, passiert überhaupt nichts. Auch mit dem Ersatzschlüssel funktioniert es nicht.

I am currently experiencing the same issue with my BMW X1 E84 (2011 model). I got into the car, turned the ignition on, and pressed the start button to start the vehicle, but it did not start. I tried this twice. After that, I measured the battery with a multimeter and it showed 12.04V. This slightly low value might be a result of the start attempts—just a guess.

Then I tried to jump-start the car, but it still would not start. About 1–2 minutes later, strange error messages appeared on the dashboard and then the instrument cluster shut down completely. At the moment, nothing in the car works except the door locks.

When I insert the key, nothing happens at all. It also does not work with the spare key.
