Coilover rear height difference on KW/AP/Weitec

Sorry this is in English but I am from the UK so hope someone can help

OK so since I installed Weitec coilovers on my E91 something has had me confused.

The rear adjusters, driver side rear has about 20mm of adjustment
remaining the passanger side has none remaining. Has anyone else
experienced this with there E90/E91 using KW/Weitec/ST Coilovers?

The front is fine, plenty of adjustment and no inbalance. I spoke to KW
UK HQ and they told me its pretty normal on most BMWs.. but didn't have
any real solutions to hand and told me to send pictures to KW in
Germany.

I have never heard of anything like that. If that was normal then what would people with non-adjustable shocks do?

Who did your install? Maybe bring it to another shop and get a second opinion on the work.

Maybe the springs got mixed up and they gave you one correct one and one wrong one (load rating) or something along those lines.

Car is accident free?

Yes very strange, tomorrow I will take some photos but the installation was done correctly. I wonder if spring is wrong too but the length is same.. maybe E90 is softer than E91 and they put wrong one in my box?

Hi,

there should be ID numbers or other codes on the springs - check if they are matching.

Passanger side ^^^

Ride height is 613mm driver side
Ride height is 610mm passanger side

I have 6-7 turns on passanger side! no more on driver!!

Have them take out the rear springs and compare them side by side if they are same height. This will be quick to do as they easily removed.

As I said before go to a second shop that knows what they're doing and have them check the work. Not much else you could do at the moment.
