At some facts the Zenec support doesn't know how the device works.
Did you flashed Can and Main update together?
Did you read the flashmanual?

Sorry I didn't read it before.
My skin change automatically. It change because of the time from the GPS.
Work your GPS sufficiently?

Plug off your car battery for minimum 15 minutes and than reset your zenec again.

You have to need a actuell time from the GPS

Also bei mir erscheint der Navimodus auch nicht wieder, nachdem ich den Rückwärtsgang eingelegt hatte.

Auch mit der neusten Software ist das so.
