    It didnt solve the problem, because the noxem O2 probe fails because of water that destroye the O2 sensor only one year after purchase. After infound the reason, that the origine noxem has two build in Sensors wirch is the second O2 sensor i bought an cheap chinese O2 wiseband sensor. Its lasts one two or three thoussend kilometeres.

    Then i modified the sensor mount and bought a origine Bosch LSU 4.9 O2 Sensor that made for a dacia (cheapest variante with connector). Now it lasts around 4tkm and the engine still runs smooth and with low fuel/100km.

    Kann gut sein,daß die Lima bei denen im Test wieder normal läuft. Sind halt "Laborbedingungen" , kein wirklicher Einsatz.

    Wir haben in der Firma Zirkonia O2-Sonden bei gut 1,5k pro Stück liegen. Davon war letztes Jahr eine defekt, eingeschickt und der Hersteller sagte nach Überprüfung ist i.O.. Wieder eingebaut: defekt.

    Es kam raus: Der Hersteller erhitzt im Labor nur den Sondenkopf auf gut 600Grad und prüft sie dann. Bei uns sitzt die komplette Sonde mit Gasentnahmegehäuse im Abgasstrom bei 600Grad. Der Unterschied reicht daß die Sonde Mondwerte anzeigt.

    Ärgerlich wenn es das war, aber Hauptsache der Fehler ist weg. Man meint ja bei neuen Bauteilen - war sogar ein Markenteil - daß die i.O. sind.

    Okay

    da hat BMW auch ungünstig gewechselt. Nach dem was ich gelesen habe ist Zylinder 1-3 und 4-6 je eine Lambdabank.

    Innerhalb dieser sollen keine Index 11 Injektoren mit anderen Indexen gemischt werden.

    Aber schlussendlich führt eh nur ein Tausch aller dauerhaft zu einem ruhigen Motorlauf.

    Es ist viel Geld, aber laß die auch noch Tauschen, dann dürfte Ruhe sein. Steigert außerdem den Wiederverkaufswert. Die meisten die sich auskennen würden kein Fahrzeug kaufen daß nicht schon die Index 11 hat, oder aber den Preis gleich mal abziehen.

  • Ich verzweifle...BMW 330xi

    Dabin ich ganz bei Brainny1. Drei Injektoren, idealerweise die ganze Bank und nicht wild durcheinander wurden getauscht. Die anderen drei sind aber auch fertig.

    Wenn du die Rechnung findet:

    Wichtig ist das Index 11 Injektoren von BMW verbaut wurden, keine "Generlaüberholten" oder China Index 11 Schrott.


    Ach ja, welche Zündkerzen wurden verbaut? Nur Original BMW oder NGK sind passend für den N53. Die laut Boschkatalog passenden Kerzen haben das falsche "Gape" an der Elektrode, damit läuft er anfangs gut und dann beginnt das ruckeln von vorne.

    The N43 has two oxygen sensors after cat. the first directly after the cats. And the second one is build in the nox sensor. Took me some time to find this error.


    I dont have a nox sensor in my car. It was replaced by Noxem emulator from Bimmerprof. The Nox values are simulated, but the oxygen sensor still needs to be there. I modified the mounting hole, because BMW set it near a not recommend position. If the angle of the position is to low water from the exhaust gases can condens at the heated sensor and destroy it within a few thoussend kilometres. So i cut it like shown in the pictures to set it in a better position.


    Hope its understandable what i mean.

    i dont know the engine code 2C7E because i use the android app "DeepOBD BMW". There you have the origine BMW failure codes. try the app its a way better than others for the E9x series. If you have the same error as i had, you will have to replace the nox sensor. The nox sensor has two buildin sensors, nox and o2.
